Insurance is a highly regulated industry that maintains strict licensing requirements. All Aon employees must be trained on certication and licensing requirements as mandated by government, industry associations and Aon's internal corporate governance. With extensive and constantly changing requirements, Aon realized their homegrown procedures and processes were no longer adequate and an automated Learning Management System (LMS) was needed to better manage compliance training. Specically, Aon sought a solution that would enable them to: Deploy training rapidly; eectively targeting the largest population possible; Develop a deep knowledge base including third-party and custom content; Seamlessly integrate with existing courseware and delivery solutions; Congure the system based on the specic needs of its divisions; Conduct extensive, detailed reporting for compliance requirements.
