A recent IDC MarketScape study evaluated eight influential Smart Building Energy Analytics vendors, and IBM was ranked as a "Leader" in this space.  For the study, IDC looked at two IBM solutions: TRIRIGA Real Estate Environmental Sustainability (TREES), and IBM Intelligent Building Management.
